Hi, I’m Maggie.

I’m an executive leader, consultant, and strategic advisor. While I work fluently across functions, HR is my discipline of choice.

I help companies build their organizational capacity to change and grow. I do this by working with leaders and teams to cultivate trust in all directions and establish the right processes and systems for successful outcomes.

For over 30 years I have worked with start-ups across tech, education, and healthcare to grow sustainable profitable businesses. I also specialize in the adoption of AI tools, and move teams from AI-overwhelmed to AI-started.
